Companies need to adopt a new mindset to change Italian finance

In order to overcome crisis successfully, the new challenge is to adopt an innovative model in terms of culture, governance and transparency, creating a managerial structure, in part through merger processes, that is increasingly less tied to the charismatic figure of the founder, thus contributing to the growth of the company and more in general of the Italian competitive environment.
