As part of a €35 million financing transaction intended, among other things, to support certain acquisitions by the borrower and to fund an industrial plan aimed at digital transformation and the expansion of activities in the telecommunications and digital solutions sector for businesses, Dr. Franco Carlo Papa issued the certification pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 3, of Ministerial Decree No. 26 of 3 February 2021. The activity was carried out with the support of Dr. Marco Grappa and Dr. Nicola Ceccopieri.
